All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if any of these criterias are not met.

 

Please note: if it has been over 30 days since you received your item(s), then we are unable to accept your return.

 

We will refund items if they are damaged when received, please send us a picture of the item to contact@skimshields.com and one of our customer service team member will contact you within 2 working days.
